The Big Adventure
On August 15th we ventured out of Whitehorse with our van full, pulling a small trailer full of soccer gear. We were on our way to Penticton for Derric to sell soccer gear at a tournament. It was a long long ride. The kids were amazing - but it was so great to finally get there and visit with Derric's family. Derric's parents, his two sister and the nieces and nephews came to visit with us in Penticton.

The weather was hot the day we arrived in Penticton but after that the sun would come in and out of the clouds. A cold moment for Hazel - but she just couldn't stop playing.
